Anna Allerton is an experienced executive coach with over 20 years in corporate environments, bringing a rich background from her time at Sky where she worked as a journalist, TV producer, and Head of Internal Communications. Her career has been shaped by a deep understanding of people, performance, culture and organisational dynamics.

She is an EMCC Global Accredited Coach, holds a degree in History, and an NCTJ Advanced Journalism Diploma. Alongside her coaching work, she is co-author of bookMyths of Menopause, co-founder of Field to Boardroom, a former Non-Executive Director in hockey and a volunteer mentor for Growth Spurt.
