With an ICF-accredited, Brain-Based Coaching qualification from the Neuroleaderhip Institute, Lucy is an expert in using powerful, neuroscience-based strategies to create insight-driven conversations that translate into measurable results for clients. She has over 20 years of leadership experience in a variety of industries, including the Civil Service, NHS, private sector and the third sector. She is qualified in a number of psychometrics including Hogan suite, Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) and Team Salient.
Sessions create a safe space for reflection and clarity, where clients develop greater self-awareness, new ways of thinking, recognise the choices available to them and get unstuck. Lucy is similarly adept at working with teams - deploying systemic team coaching approaches to enable groups to better understand themselves, their dynamics and the systems in which they operate.
