Calum combines 30 years of international business experience with expertise as an accredited coach to help his clients successfully develop their leadership skills and manage new personal or business challenges. Calum started with BT where he set up and ran their operations in Australia. He then ran the network management business for Spider Systems, before joining Nortel Networks. His roles there included sales, product management, operations and strategy, leading the EMEA services business, and leading global sales operations. He then joined Aircom International where he was COO and UK MD. He has worked with businesses globally and has been on the board of an Israeli JV and a German SAAS business.
For the last few years he has been running his own business, focussing on executive coaching and facilitation as the best way in which he can add value to the people and companies he works with. He has an MSc in coaching and is ICF PCC accredited.
