William Winstone

William is an experienced executive coach and performance psychologist. After a business degree and early career in retail, William spent 14 years as a head tennis coach, whilst qualifying and setting up a successful practice as a psychotherapist and sport psychologist, then in 2006 returned to corporate life as a team and executive coach, continuing to work with Team GB and others in the world of sport.

James Butcher

James is an experienced coach who has worked with senior executives at Arup, PwC, Coca Cola, Telefonica, across local government and the NHS. He is a faculty member of the NHS Leadership Academy, and part of the team providing a new on-call resilience coaching service for NHS staff.
James has contributed case studies of his work to the leadership book “Positive Psychology at Work: How Positive Leadership and Appreciative Inquiry Create Inspiring Organizations”, and has written a chapter on resilience for the recently published “How to be a Nurse or Midwife Leader”. He is undertaking a Diploma in Coaching Supervision.

Oliver Deacon

Tech and innovation have been at the centre of Oliver’s career since obtaining his ACA within the big four. Oliver is a former Microsoft Finance Director turned leadership and development coach. Phil works with senior leaders across many sectors, and has a deep understanding of the demands of business. He is a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. His counselling training, and subsequent practice as an integrative counsellor, means that he brings a psychologically-informed approach to his coaching work. James Renwick

Following a degree in psychology, James has spent 20 years in leadership roles across government, creative and charity sectors, specialising in behaviour change, marketing and brand strategy. Prior to coaching, James was responsible for the UK’s most trusted brand at Macmillan Cancer Support where he led a 35-strong brand and creative department and their largest rebrand for 10 years.

James’ passion is leading others through transformational change, lifting performance with a calm demeanour and authentic style that both inspires and empowers. From communicating more effectively to navigating challenging relationships, James combines a careful blend of challenge and support to help individuals, groups and teams to improve their awareness, increase their leadership impact, and achieve greater fulfilment.

Pete Goodman MSc

Pete has spent almost a decade helping leaders in commercial and public sector organisations around the world to grow their self-awareness, sense of belonging and creative capacity. He works with the whole person through a focus on the body, which makes the experience of learning with Pete a profoundly human, creative and enlivening process. Pete’s recent experience is with the design and delivery of leadership development programmes, including coaching and workshop facilitation assignments for commercial and public sector clients. Alison Reid

Alison is an executive coach who helps professionals step into leadership and take their career to the next level. An Oxford graduate with over 20 years’ international business experience cross-sector, she has worked for over 10 years with clients in finance, both in corporate and professional services, organisations including PwC, ICAEW and CIMA. Calum Byers

Calum combines 30 years of international business experience with expertise as an accredited coach to help his clients successfully develop their leadership skills and manage new personal or business challenges. Calum started with BT where he set up and ran their operations in Australia. He then ran the network management business for Spider Systems, before joining Nortel Networks.  His roles there included sales, product management, operations and strategy, leading the EMEA services business, and leading global sales operations. He then joined Aircom International where he was COO and UK MD.   He has worked with businesses globally and has been on the board of an Israeli JV and a German SAAS business. For the last few years he has been running his own business, focussing on executive coaching and facilitation as the best way in which he can add value to the people and companies he works with.  He has an MSc in coaching and is ICF PCC accredited.

Wendy Bedborough

Wendy has a background in senior business and HR roles and a wealth of experience in Coaching and facilitating Leaders and their teams seeking to navigate an increasingly complex business world. Simon Collins

Simon is a coach and leadership development consultant accredited as a practitioner in several psychometric tools.  He is a member of the Institute of Counselling and with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council currently upgrading to a Senior Practitioner. Simon has been coaching and mentoring for over 20 years.

He has a natural sensitivity towards the emotional states of others.  This makes him a compassionate person, who is energised by giving time and energy to help others.  The main focus of Simon’s coaching work is with people who are in transition, helping them to build their confidence and explore options.  From a coaching perspective, he works predominantly with business leaders at senior management and director levels and also people who are being fast tracked through talent programmes. Pascale Cozzolino

Roly Reid

Following a career as a professional rugby player, with international honours; Roly has worked as a team and individual transformational coach to executives, Olympic champions and world class rugby players for almost 12 years. Lyann Farrelly

Lyann is an Executive Coach and Organisation Development Consultant, with over 20 years of experience. Lyann located for 5 years in the US, to lead the learning function for Warner Bros Studios and later led global organisation development teams for Warner Media which gave her an insight into the complexities of leading global teams in large matrixed organisations. Lyann has a person-centred approach to coaching, building strong, trusting relationships which allow clients to feel safe. Helen Tuddenham

Helen is an accredited executive coach and leadership development consultant with over twenty years of experience in leading and developing both teams and individuals. Her clients primarily work in professional services, law, and finance and feel "stuck" at work. She helps them unravel confusing or conflicting thoughts, examine limiting beliefs, and have the confidence and skills to excel. George Hayter

Lucy Ord

Coach, facilitator and organisation development and design expert, Lucy enables clients to create positive change within themselves, their teams and businesses. She is engaging, articulate and insightful and is passionate about enabling clients to harness and work with greater authenticity, personal presence and emotional intelligence.

With an ICF-accredited, Brain-Based Coaching qualification from the Neuroleaderhip Institute, Lucy is an expert in using powerful, neuroscience-based strategies to create insight-driven conversations that translate into measurable results for clients. She has over 20 years of leadership experience in a variety of industries, including the Civil Service, NHS, private sector and the third sector. She is qualified in a number of psychometrics including Hogan suite, Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) and Team Salient.

Sessions create a safe space for reflection and clarity, where clients develop greater self-awareness, new ways of thinking, recognise the choices available to them and get unstuck. Lucy is similarly adept at working with teams - deploying systemic team coaching approaches to enable groups to better understand themselves, their dynamics and the systems in which they operate. Kimberley Johnston

Kimberley is a reformed lawyer who is known for her infectious enthusiasm, positivity, and her ability to quickly build rapport. She brings to her practice her knowledge and experience from over twenty years of professional working experience spanning the U.S. government, U.S. politics, the private practice legal sector in D.C. and London and the various roles she held in her eleven-year career at Lloyds Banking Group.

In addition to a BA in International Studies and a Juris Doctor, Kimberley has an ILM 7 and a Masters-Level Certification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and has achieved Professional Senior Practitioner level accreditation from the EMCC. She holds a Level 3 Certification in Neurodiversity, is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and is an MBTI and EQi-2.0/360 qualified practitioner. She has worked with clients from a broad range of sectors including Financial Services, Fashion, Law, Education and Technology.

Kimberley is passionate about helping people achieve their full potential, reconnect with their values and purpose, build their EQ and become better leaders; ultimately creating culture change in their organisations. When not working Kimberley enjoys singing, photography, writing, travelling and running (mostly after her two kids).

Ali Morgan

Ali is a leadership coach and facilitator of leadership development. She has over twenty years of experience in professional services, latterly as an executive coach to Partners within the Big4. She is completing her Senior Practitioner accreditation with the EMCC and is certified in several psychometric tools.

Her style has been described as calm, gentle and supportive with candid challenging and insightful questioning. She enjoys working to develop the performance of those transitioning to new roles, those experiencing challenging working relationships and those looking to clarify their purpose and identity or to increase their confidence.

She believes in the importance of creating a pause for leaders to tap into their own wisdom and listen to their heads and hearts. Ali works with others to take an experiential systemic view of their challenges to encourage mindset and behavioural shifts. With a personal interest in well-being and the environment, these are introduced into her work using nature's metaphors and coaching outside, weather permitting!

Davina Wallis

Davina has worked in the field of Executive Development for 32 years, as an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant, with 12 years’ experience working in large multinationals. She has lived and worked in France, Austria and Italy and conducted business in French, Spanish and Italian. She has coached CEOs, Senior Executives and other leaders at all levels, from a range of different countries.

Davina studied Executive Coaching at Ashridge Business School in the UK and also in the US, as well as studying educational psychology at master’s level at the University of London. She is a certified Strengths Coaching Practitioner and a coach authorised to work with the Leadership Development Framework (LDF). The LDF describes and explains the major shifts that happen in how we make sense of our world and in our experiences through adult life.

Davina’s coaching style has been described as warm, empathetic, compassionate and insightful. She explores issues affecting her clients’ physical, emotional, mental and directional energy, when appropriate.

Jane Snell

Jane has over twenty years’ experience designing, developing, coaching and facilitating individual, team and leadership development programmes.
